Overview
Tsenta was created to solve a common frustration in modern job searching — the time-consuming process of repeatedly filling out applications across multiple platforms. Job seekers often spend hours entering the same details, uploading resumes, and tracking applications manually. The platform brings together AI-assisted form filling, opportunity tracking, and resume optimization into one streamlined system. The goal was to design a product that feels fast, transparent, and simple while managing complex automation behind the scenes.
Problem Statement
Most job application tools focus only on job discovery, leaving users to manually complete applications on each platform. This leads to wasted time and inconsistent tracking. Key issues identified: • Repetitive application process — users repeatedly enter the same information across different platforms • Lack of application visibility — job seekers often lose track of where they applied and the current status • Fragmented workflow — searching, applying, and tracking happen across multiple tools • Complex automation tools — many solutions feel technical and difficult for everyday users

At Watermelon Studio, we worked on designing the product experience and developing the frontend to ensure the platform remained intuitive despite the complexity of automation happening in the background. Simplified application workflow We designed a clear step-by-step workflow that allows users to manage job discovery, automation, and application tracking within a single interface. AI-assisted user experience We focused on transparency so users understand what the automation is doing and how their applications are progressing. Clean and scalable interface We created a structured design system that keeps the interface minimal while supporting future features like analytics, insights, and automation controls.
